NAMZ Replacement Twist Grip Sensor for all Throttle-by-Wire motorcycles from 2014 through 2015 ONLY, 100% plug-n-play.
- Hardwired like OEM CVO versions from the sensor to the main connection on the harness, same length as OEM
- Terminals are pre-installed using MIL-SPEC crimping presses
- Includes OEM (HD# 72414-07BK) female 6-position connector for installation after the harness is routed through the handlebar
- Includes installed OEM (HD# 72902-01BK) male 2-position heated grip connection
- NOTE: be sure that your grip is mated snugly against the gear drive to prevent damage
- The female connector is NOT installed so you can fish the wiring harness through your handlebar
- Connector Pinout:
- 1 – BLACK
- 2 – WHITE
- 3 – RED
- (Blue tape around bundle) 4 – BLACK
- (Blue tape around bundle) 5 – WHITE
- (Blue tape around bundle) 6 – RED

NOTE: After installing your new twist grip assembly, follow this last step: Set the right handlebar switch to run. Turn ignition switch to on. You will hear the fuel pump cycle on and off. Wait 30 seconds and turn ignition switch to off. Wait for the signals to flash for 30 seconds. Repeat this process 2 more times. This will reset the throttle body and make it in sync with the new twist grip sensor. The bike is now ready to start!

I dropped the TGS in my 2015 Limited following installing 10in handlebars. Of note, the wire is long enough to go taller on the bars if wanted. The wrap around the wires is great quality, making it easy to route the wires through the 90 degree turn in my handlebars. During installation I had some questions and the NAMZ Technical Service was the best. Quickly responded to my emails and phone calls. Any future needs for replacement wiring or connectors will come from NAMZ.
