Delivery Policy

Our goal is to ship all orders within 24-hours of receiving them unless items are on backorder. We will attempt to honor a customer’s request if they choose to pay for other shipping options. For all expedited orders placed after 1:00pm EST, please allow 1 additional business day for delivery. Expedited shipping is calculated by business days and does not include weekends or holidays.

When placing your order, we encourage you to provide an email address so you receive a confirmation email containing an invoice with tracking information. It is up to the customer to track their shipment using the tracking number provided to confirm delivery date.

Domestic Shipping Information

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. All domestic orders placed on our website will automatically ship via USPS, and arrive in roughly 3 – 5 business days. However, there are certain instances when NAMZ Custom Cycle Products will use their discretion if there may be a most cost-effective method for shipping.

International Shipping Information

All foreign orders placed on our website will ship at the discretion of NAMZ Custom Cycle Products, finding the lowest price service possible. USPS / United States Postal Service or UPS. The delivery time for all international orders is typically 6-10 business days unless you choose a quicker option.

We offer competitive shipping rates based on the weight and destination of your order. You can estimate your shipping cost during checkout by entering your zip code.

Shipping Errors

If you notice any issues with your order, including wrong or missing items, you must report it within 48-hours of delivery. You can contact us using this page and the time of your email will be recorded. NAMZ Custom Cycle Products is not responsible for any wrong, lost, or damaged shipments reported or discovered after 48-hours.

While NAMZ strives to ship all orders within 24 hours on business days, there may be unexpected delays. Can I pick up my order at your location?

Unfortunately, we do not allow orders to be picked up from our facility.
