We understand that purchasing motorcycle parts requires trust. That’s why NAMZ offers a warranty, returns, and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. 

NAMZ Warranty 

At NAMZ Custom Cycle Products, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise.

We have been designing and manufacturing wiring products in our Pennsylvania facility since 1999 and we are proud to be Made in America! Every part we produce is tested for quality and functionality before being packaged and shipped. If by rare chance you receive a defective product, simply give us a call or send us an email as we stand behind our workmanship 100%.

  • Badlands Modules (except part number LE-01 and LE-02) and most Letric Lighting Co. LED’s are covered under a LIFETIME warranty.

Initiating a Warranty Claim

If you suspect you have a defective NAMZ, Badlands or Letric Lighting Co. product, please follow these steps of the Warranty Process. Upon receipt, we will conduct thorough testing of your product. If found defective, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. However, if the product is functioning correctly, we will return the product at your expense.

To ensure a smooth warranty process, please follow these steps:

  1. Obtain an RMA Number: Before returning any defective item, we ask that customers first contact our Tech Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This step is essential for processing your warranty claim efficiently.
  2. Return Within 10 Business Days: Defective merchandise must be received within 10 business days from the issuance of the RMA. Merchandise received after this period may be eligible for account credit only.

Simple Warranty Item Resolution

If you encounter any issues covered under our warranty, such as non-operating LEDs in your turn signal, follow these simple steps for a resolution:

  • Document the Issue: Take photo(s) or a short video of the defective item, clearly showing the problem, and ensure the item is connected to power.
  • Prepare for Return: Cut the main black wire flush with the defective part and take a photo. This step helps expedite the process.
  • Email Documentation: Send the documentation (photos/video) along with your shipping address to our Tech Department. Once received, we’ll promptly process your warranty claim and provide a replacement, covered under our lifetime warranty.



We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. All returns must be made within 10-days of original purchase and are subject to inspection to determine eligibility for credit. Note, custom made products are NOT returnable whatsoever. Here’s what you need to know about the NAMZ Custom Cycle Products return process:

Obtaining an RMA Number:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be requested within 10 days of purchase. Please email us to initiate the return process.

Restocking Fees and Conditions:

Returns for defective or incorrectly ordered items will not incur freight or restocking fees. However, returns for other reasons will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Ensure all components of the original part are included, and the item is in new condition to avoid additional charges.

Return Shipping Instructions:

Clearly mark the package with “RMA” and the issued number. Ship the item prepaid to:
