Like the NHB-B02, this Hot Box Harness is 100% Plug-n-Play and does not replace the rear fender harness. The NHB-B03 uses a Load Equalizer and provides a detachable right and left TURN pigtail that will operate normal bulbs or LEDs. Perfect when adding turn signals in saddlebags. Installs in minutes! Fits ALL 1996-2009, 2010-2013 Road King® and Ultra®.
