For all warranties: Customers MUST contact our Tech Department at [email protected] and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending in a defective item. Defective merchandise MUST be received within 10-business days from when the RMA was issued. Merchandise received after the 10-business day period may be eligible for credit to account only.
The LEDs in my turn signal burnt out, how do I submit a warranty?
If LED’s in your turn signal have burnt out, you can submit this for a warranty replacement. To do so follow these simple steps:
1. Take a photo of the light when it’s connected to power, displaying the burnt out LEDs
2. Cut the main black wire flush with the light and take a photo (you may confirm with tech department that we have a replacement in stock before completing this step)
3. Send theses photos along with a shipping address to [email protected]
Once we receive these photos and proper information, we can send you a replacement turn signal, all covered under our lifetime warranty!
Do the Badlands Modules have a warranty?
Yes! All Badlands Modules EXCEPT for LE-01 & LE-02 have a Lifetime warranty! This Lifetime Warranty applies to Badlands Modules made in 2017-Current. The warranty sticker and date sticker must be present on the back of the module for the warranty to be valid.
How do I submit a warranty for my Badlands Module?
If you have reason to believe that your Badlands Module is defective, you can send it back to us and we will put it through testing. You must receive a return authorization number from NAMZ first! If it truly is defective, we will send you replacement module. However, if it is functioning properly, we will contact you for payment information for the cost of return shipping and we will send it back to you.
*NOTE: LE-01 & LE-02 models are NOT covered under warranty.
How can I submit a return?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all items within 10-days of purchase. Email [email protected] to request an RMA number. No freight or restocking fee will be charged on returned goods found to be defective or not as ordered; returns for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be shipped back with all components of the original part included, in the same/new condition; failure to do so will result in the part being shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items.
All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit. Mark RMA and the issued number prominently on the outside of the package and send item prepaid to: NAMZ CCP, 1440 Ulmer Avenue, Oreland PA 19075. Returns received without the correct RMA will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Will my order ship the same day?
While we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours on business days, there may be unexpected delays due to the current world-wide shipping and supply and demand issues. If we encounter this issue, we will be in contact via email to keep you up to date on your orders progress. You may also email us at [email protected] to confirm product availability.
Can I pick up my order at your location?
Unfortunately, we do not allow orders to be picked up from our facility.
