* Customers have 30-days from the purchase date on the invoice to return items for WARRANTY issues only.
* Customers MUST call our sales department and obtain an RMA before sending in defective mechandise.
* Defective merchandise MUST be received within 10-business days from when the RMA was issued.
* Merchandise received after the 10-business day period may be eligible for credit to account only.
